>   keep you informed about Your Foundation/Your Hospital,

>   promote donation opportunities, and

>   give appropriate recognition.

 

All personal information provided by donors and supporters is secured and protected by electronic and manual safeguards against unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.

           Only Bowmanville Hospital Foundation employees are authorized to access your personal information on a need to know basis for the purposes noted above. In addition, it is Board Policy that all Foundation Board Members, Staff and Volunteers sign a Confidentiality Agreement annually.
